Natalie has more than 25 years of experience in transportation engineering. Her background includes construction inspection, survey, bridge design, and highway signing and lighting design. For the past 15 years, Natalie has focused on utility coordination, utility conflict management, and utility work plan development on over 400 projects ranging from small locally funded projects to interstate corridor projects. Natalie assisted INDOT in the development of their Utility Coordination Certification Training in 2013. After promoting and utilizing SUE on her own projects, Natalie changed lanes and joined InfraMap with the goal of focusing on subsurface utility engineering and mapping, raising awareness of the importance of accurate utility information using SUE, and assisting municipalities in utility asset management within their right-of-way utilizing SUE to performing the mapping of existing utilities. Natalie now manages and acts as the professional engineer in charge for jobs that scale from local projects to statewide on-call contracts in Indiana, expanding into surrounding Midwest states.
As Midwest Regional Director for Inframap, her duties include contract management, project management, scheduling, proposal preparation, fee estimates and QA/QC of the team deliverables. She oversees operational activities and manages InfraMap subconsultant staff in Indiana.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
