Ken is an accomplished professional engineer and an expert in subsurface utility engineering with more than 27 years of engineering design, planning, and project management experience. He has worked as SUE project manager on numerous transportation improvement projects for the NJTA, NJDOT, NYSDOT, PennDOT, DelDOT, MDSHA, VTRANS, and PANYNJ, managed facility protection contracts at Aberdeen Proving Grounds and managed projects at hospitals, colleges and universities, industrial sites, and water/wastewater treatment plants. He specializes in identifying and creating a project-specific SUE program respective of the scope, schedule, and budget as well as quality assurance of the final deliverable report which identifies clarifications, conflict resolutions and recommendations.
As the Executive Vice President for InfraMap Corp., Ken is responsible for overseeing company-wide operations, managing standard operating procedures and ensuring quality assurance and quality controls are followed for all project deliverables. Ken has been with InfraMap Corp. since 2008. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, MA.
In addition to multiple professional affiliations, Ken serves on the CI/ASCE 38.02 – Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data committee, the authority responsible for updating the industry standard.
