Regional Director

Summary:

After initial training is completed, the Regional Director will be working under the direction of the Excecutive Vice President to create an efficient office operation. Will be responsible for managing multiple projects and managing a staff of up to 10 people. Other responsibilities include: business development, client communication, performance evaluations, and hiring new employees.

Education:

• Engineering degree.
• Civil Engineering degree preferred.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have staff and project management experience.
• Must have client interaction experience. 

Preferred Skills:

• Utility, road, or surveying background.
• Professional engineer.
• Licensed Surveyor.

• N/A - office environment.
